In this exclusive interview with Central Florida Radio Host and Mortgage Broker "The Loan Arranger", I interview Bruce Woodburn a seasoned mortgage broker from Orlando with 35 years of experience as he reveals insider secrets of the industry. Bruce has had his Radio Shows here in Florida on WDBO 107.3 and 580am in Orlando as well as 102.5 The Bone in Tampa.  We became friends through the Pandemic when I purchased my Yacht "Nauti".  He had his Yacht "Little Yachty" docked across from mine and we became good buddies quick.  Bruce is such a wealth of information and so much knowledge about the industry and how to get unconventional loans, especially when you have a "Creative Accountant".  

We are both excited for the possibility of President Trump being re-elected for how it will boost the Economy with his business first approach, unlike the last 4 years where we have all seen a drastic decline. The most important thing I learned from The Loan Arranger is that you should Marry the Property but Date the Interest Rate. You can always refinance, but property values will rise when interest rates are low and this is a key way to building wealth through real estate.
